Digital Products
The time frame for order delivery for digital products is 1-2 business days.
Our time zone is EET (EEST) Eastern European Time (Eastern European Summer Time) - for some orders delivery of digital files could be fulfilled within a few hours.
Physical Products
The time frame for order delivery for physical products is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: For small quantities 1-3 business days and 5-15 business days for large quantities(like 150 invitations, 300 boxes, 500 toppers, etc.)
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination.
International delivery usually takes about 9-21 business days.
Europe delivery usually takes 4-8 business days
Domestic delivery usually takes 2-5 business days
All orders are issued a tracking number but they are not insured.Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment. Tracking numbers usually return information within 24-48 hours (business days).

In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will try our best to make sure you are taken care of.

We are currently shipping to more than 100 international countries includingthe 50 United States, U.S. territories, and military PO boxes, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and many others.
Please be aware that your country may charge you additional taxes, handling, or brokerage fees upon delivery. Please check your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated on the weight and size of the products ordered including the packaging that they are being shipped in, the distance the package has to travel. International shipping rates include handling and tracking to guarantee quick and safe arrival of the order.
